I just bought a 96 eclipse GST about a month and a half ago.. and I was wondering if anybody knows exatally how much boost my engine will handle before blowing out the bottom end.. I've heard that MAX is 22psi. but that doesn't seem like a whole lot of boost. I can't seem to find out how much boost it will handle anywhere. I've only heard from 1 person that it maxes at 22psi. please let me know. also, if anyone knows where to find body kits on sale for early second gen eclipses (95-96) I can only find 97-99 kits.

Max boost? Are we talking stock turbo or what? You will need some fuel mods for sure before you should even think about turning up the boost. Besides with the stock T-25 turbo anything above 15lbs is a waste and you are just blowing hot air. I think Wings West makes a kit for the 95-96 DSMs, of course you could always swap to 97+ headlights and use those body kits :D
