computer chip question

I just bought a 95 STE 2wd. It runs great but I'm interested in upgrading with a nice computer chip. I know programming rates vary, but is there something reasonably priced that'll help a little with horsepower and mileage.

Im not a huge fan of computer chips....its too easy. I think they are too expensive, but they do add a lot of performance to your ride. If I were you I would just upgrade something like the air intake...it adds hp and increases mileage...not to mention it adds some good looks to your engine.
