87 prelude 2.0 si (fuel injected) ECU

I've done some research and found that my ECU should be
located on the passenger side under the carpet.
I couldn't seem to find it the last time I checked.
I'm thinking I might have to take the seat out?
www.troublecodes.net/honda/ says that it's under the drivers seat...
Does anyone know? I'd appreciate the help.

if it's like the 3rd gen, it's on the backside of a bracket up against the front of the foot well.

in the 2nd gen si it's located in the left quarter panel if you pull out the ashtray in the seat behind the driver and look down you will see the ECU
