i'm thinking about getting some rims for the aurora. i'm debating wether i should 18"s or 17"s first off. if i get 17"s and tires i want them to pretty much match up with the factory 16"s with tires. what series tires would i have to get on the 17"s to have them match factory.

dunno but depending where you are I might be interested in one of the stock rims you have as a spare... [email protected]

what about 235/45/17 would that leave a lot of fender gap?

If the overall tire height is the same as the stock height, then you will see the same amount of space there. Shorter than stock=more gap.

I plan to buy tires this week. I have the 17" wheels, so I'm looking for the 235/55R17 size. This was the original equipment size with tie 17" wheel.

What size is installed on your 16" wheels?
