Extended Warranty

I was wondering if anyone here has delt with Continental Warranty Company. If so were you satisfied? Or what problems did you run into.
I got a call from them offering a warranty for my 96 Aurora for 25 months 25k miles covering everything from motor to gaskets and seals to all electrical paying book rate at any ase certified shop with 100 copay at 1300.00. Seems fairly inexspensive if they honor the contract.
Had a 94 Blazer with an extended warranty they replaced the trans and air conditioner for a total of 500.00. But that was several years ago.
