axle question for ef8

will a 90-93 integra axles fit a 89 sir b16a correct? I did put them in, however I noticed it took some work to do so, however I have a strange feeling it doesn't belong. What axles would you recommend?

i have heard that the 86-89 teg axles are about 1 inch shorter. you might have to hybrid part of the 90-93 axle to use the 86-89 axle to make it compatible with your trans. there is also a metal ring on the inside of the hub that needs to be removed so the axle fits better. try doing that and test run it.
