86 Subaru XT Suspension?????

Hey, I own a 86 xt 4wd turbo. pretty strait bod i love it but one big problem, the suspension doesn't work!!! I have tried and tried to get the air compressor to work with no luck. Bad compressor? bad struts all together? i dont know, any help anybody could give would be great.

Ohh yea just to clarify, by "doesnt work" i mean that the air bags in the struts are flat, the compressor wont turn on to fill them so its like riding with no suspension at all....VERY bumpy.

The same modell exists with coil springs, I had similar problems, leaking strut and switched to coil springs and gas struts.

....Not the same, but works.

Mine has also been switched from Air to standard.. parts are pretty darned expensive for the air suspension..with out a FSM and access to good spares, I wouldn't even mess with it.. Hell, I have an FSM and access to spare parts and I still won't mess with it!
