Primer

I sprayed my enzo with primer about 12 hours ago and right now it was accidentally in the sauna for about 30 min at a temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. :grinno:
Was there any risk with that, can the primer or plastic get ruined?
(The body parts were in plastic containers with small breathing holes.)

Do you do most of your modelling in the sauna, or just paint in there?
There's certainly some risk of damage to the body- but if you've sense removed it from the sauna, and it has cooled to room temperature, and you don't see any deformation, than you're probably ok. 140f shouldn't be hot enough to deform the plastic, but it's something I make a point of not experimenting with. There's a mild chance that heating up the primer could lead to a reaction with the plastic, but it's pretty unlikely at that temp. What did you prime with?
Now don't do it again! :nono:

Just Move Out Of The Sauna And You Should Be Ok ! As Long As The Plastic Or Primer Isnt Deformed It Should Be Ok !

I primed with Tamiyas fine surface primer (white).
I don't do anything in the sauna, I just left the parts there to dry because it's quite dust free in there.
I looked over the parts and there's no deformation or damage to the plastic or primer.
I guess I panicked a little when I realised that the sauna was on and that the parts were still in there.
Thanks!

It should be fine if you leave it for a few days.
