Agreed, but what "concerns" me more is that two moderators have posted within this thread, and yet the image still remains. This is a great site, with a lot of great people, but the moderation sucks. You mods seem to have no sense of team work or any "control" or desire to "control" ( aka moderate ) the discussion forums. Just lately it was pointed out to me that should I note something that requires the attention of a mod, I should use the "report this post" feature - I did this hours ago, and still the image remains here.

Coming from an administrative position on a corporate site which had discussion forums, if any post was reported it would be looked at within 30 minutes as an absolute maximum ( often within less than 5 minutes ) - here, none of the mods seem to know what they're supposed to be doing.

I've managed to moderate and carry out administrative duties on asite with just as much, if not more activity than this one, on my own - here, there are many many moderators, and still I don't see any moderators acting.

i am not the moderator of this forum. while i do have moderatorial power in here, i try not to moderate outside of my own forum as much as possible so as not to step on other moderator's toes in their own forums.

but, since the bitching has begun, and since Oz or Naki don't seem to be around ATM, the thread and picture are gone.
