Who knows how to make the clear tail lights out of the stock tail lights?

You can check for Alteza lights at http://www.3800performance.com. Playing around with your only tail lights might push you to end with no lights at all. I will definetly jump to http://www.clubgp.com to find out what they are doing with stock lights

What you mean by both? I have alteza as you can see on the avatar and stock in case I might need them. Why if you want both then want to clear the stock ones?

Cleared stock lights you mean. OK, then are you going to paint bulbs? Or they already come colored for your use. I have seen many civics and Mitsus with cleared out tail lights and to my humble prefference altezza looks a lot better.
But when you are done and before putting them on the car please picuture them and post them here
