97 Aspire shifting problems

I have a 97 Ford Aspire and just the other day I started experiences problems shifting gears (man transaxle) the linkage feels really sticky. this just all started happening at once without warning. all gears work fine etc.... I have 103,000 mi. on this car.

What should I do ?

if you bought the car new and you have put 103k on it, chances are you need a tranny flush, if you've never done one a garage will charge about 90-150 bux for it but it should help, and make sure u got enough clutch fluid :) Hope thjis helps
