We'll make this easy.
1) take your mouse and click on "shut down"
2) turn off your computer, monitor, etc.
3) stand up (which may be hard after sitting for 4 days straight!)
4) walk away (also may require extra effort!)
Under no conditions return to your computer within the next 24 hours!
Oh, take 2 of these and call me in the morning! ;)
