Cold Weather Starting Problem

I have a 1991 Mitsubishi Galant,Fuel injection,4 cyl engine(SOHC)Automatic transmission. The vacuum is good when the engine is running, the spark is good when I crank the engine. When the outside temp is low (below 45 degrees) it cranks and just kicks but does not start. If I service my car in my garage and the temperature gets about 50 to 60 degrees the engine starts and runs great everytime. I changed the Throttle servo kit as recommended by the dealer. (PS the part was over $225 and it didn't fix the problem) and since it was electrical it was not returnable. I don't smell any gas so I don't think I am flooding the engine (I don't even touch the gas pedal when tring to start the engine). It almost seems that its not getting enough gas but then why does it start when is warm (50-60 degrees)Do you have any ideas? I tried pumping the gas pedal but that did not help. It normally starts without touching the gas pedal. Does anybody have any ideas??
Also where do I find the Barometric sensor?

bob, check for a failed coolant temperater sensor. as for the barometric sensor, if you are referring to the manifold absolute pressure sensor, it should be bolted directly on the throttle body near the intake inlet.

Thanks for your input I'll give it a try, I know there are 3 sensors by the thermostat (gooseneck) one is for vacuum (I already replaced it) and the other two are resistive type. I will double check them.

No... Iam sorry but I never did get it fixed.. I kept it in the garage so it would start.. and then I gave the car to a friend and he was going to try and fix it, but he never did... Sorry
But I sure would like to know what it was..
