Need you guys help/opinion

Ok heres the deal. I have a 91 Civic HB Si. A guy at work has a 90 Civic 4dr with a B18 swap (non v-tec). He has high compression pistons, new cams, msd, new rods. A few questions:

1: What do you think this would run in the 1/4-1/8th mile?

2: He wants $1800 for the entire swap. Is this worth it?

Also what HP do you think it is running. It has 10:1 compression pistons I believe.

he wants 1800 for his b18 swap? or swap with car? or trade for your car? im confused.

IDK, sounds a little high for me. Can he give you brand names for the parts? That way you can price the parts, the engine, and guess on the labor (unless you do the work yourself) and you can get an idea if his asking price if fair.

that price is kinda high. it would be worth it if it came with tranny, shiftlinkage, mounts, ecu, etc. but engine alone thats really high. ive seen b16 swaps on ebay for the cheaper and it comes with everything.

Thats what I meants by entire swap. Engine, tranny, motor mounts, ecu, wiring harness, and shift linkage.
