How Many Quart of ATF drain if open Drain plug

The ATF fluid drain about 1.75 quarts when I open the ATF drain plug? Does it drain more if I open the pan? Local Infiniti dealer will flush the system for $120 but use Quake state ATF fluid! I want change 3 quarts of Mobil 1 ATF now and change it yearly later. it will be simple and cost less and have better fluid quality. Any opinion is welcome?
