HICAS light ON need your help

i ran into some problems when i took my j30t to the local shop (not an Infinity shop) for some transmission flush work. after the mechanic was done with the car, the HICAS light was ON. any of you guys experienced this problem? i called infinity and they said that they need to do a diagnostic on it. it seems a little odd that the HICAS light would come on since all that was done was evacuating the transmission and refilling it with new transmission fluid. the mechanic mentioned to me that as he was evacuating the system, the HICAS light came on. i need inputs on you guys that have more experience in this field, since i just purchased the car last week.

About once a year my HICAS warning light comes on. I add some automatic transmission fluid and the light goes off. The place to add the fluid is a cylindrical shaped object about 3-4 inches from the oil dip stick. If you take off the cap you'll see a dip stick which will tell you that the fluid level is low. I think this information is in the owners manual.
