b16a speedo

In the process of swapping this b16a in my 91CRX HF but I'm not sure where these 2 lines(red X's) next to the speedometer cable go?

you dont need to hook anything to those. i didnt, and my speedo works. i think its powersteering lines. or it could be coolant lines, im not sure, but either way, it will work without any hoses on there.
