95 S10 ses lite

95 s10 4wd pick-up VIN W [Vortec]-truck runs good-SES lite on. I own a autoxray 6000 scanner and can not pull any data. My scanner works fine on any other car. This truck has the OBD-1 electronics with the OBD-2 plug. Anybody have an idea or flowchart to why the ECM won't send data? Thanks.

That was the inbetween year when they switched over to OBD2...your scanner may not be compatible.

My scanner is compatable-it turned out I needed to use generic OBD-2 on a OBD-1 certified truck. Thanks for the advice.
