Driver side headlight adjusting question

Does anyone know how to adjust the headlights in a 97 eagle talon? My passenger side is fine, but for some reason my new talon's driver side headlight is pointing towards the ground:( I have no clue how to adjust headlights, please let me know if there is an eays way to fix it

there is a little nob on the back of the headlights.
put the car on a flast surface to adjust them
there is a little "level" indicator ontop of the headlights, and it shows when it is close to level.
