I have a 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora which I'm experiencing rough idle. I have replaced spark plugs and wires, clean the throttle body, fuel filter and air filter.
Getting ready to replace O2 sensor, but the wiring is different. Where do I connect each wire.
If you can give me more ideas I would really appreciated.

Look for vacuum leaks thoroughly. Also you could pull the top engine cover off and make sure all the intake manifold bolts are snug. Don't crack manifold, it's plastic. Does it rev smoothly and make power?

Did all that. It just the engine shakes at idle. I have pick up and everything is just the idle problem. All the bolts are ok. Also I need to know how to connect the wires on the O2 sensor.

OK, it's best to tune when connected to a scan tool, which is how most adjustments are made to ignition and fuel management. You don't want to start turning screws yourself. I've never changed my o2 sensors, what's different about them?

I bought a universal bosch with 4 wires. The wire colors are different that from stock.

Take the universal O2 sensors back and get the real ones. Ever tried an injector cleaner ? Another thing to consider is when you do the throttle body cleaning there is a remote chance of knocking some carbon loose and having it stick in the egr valve.
