1995 Lumina misses when cold

My car misses when cold. It is winter here and cold mornings. Car misses when cold. Feels like it is running on 5 of the 6 cylinders. If I allow the car to warm-up in the driveway for 15min it is fine. If I don't the car runs like crap and stalls while driving. I had the sparkplugs and wires replaced, injectors cleaned, fuel filter and still have the problem. Any idea's? One thing the alternater was replaced right before this problem started because it went bad.

There is a service bulliton on this problem the computer needs to be reprogramed
