B16 and B18????

Hey, I just need some help. I have a 2000 civic si B16, and my friend just destroy his 96 GSR. so he is selling everything. i don't want to get the whole engine since it has (B18) 99.000 milles and my has (B16) 25.000. he has headers, intake, exhaust, short shifter, coil overs. can i put some of this things on my car (00 civic si)???
can i put the intake manifold in my car, what about the trothle body?
is it going to make a diference. so my question is what can I get from the B18 to put in the B16 to gain HP? "not doing an engine swap"

you can use the coilovers
you cant use the intake the pipes are different
no you can not use the intake manifold
header i believe you can
exhaust you might be able to
