and the paint job...welll nfsu has actualy stuff for their paint, and its not shiney enough nice over all job though

Any car can be ricey. I've seen BMW rice, Mercedes rice, Cadillac rice...
Rice isn't specifically japanese compacts. Rice means it has certain things such as false badging, crazy vinyle graphics, Altezza style lights, fake cf hoods, neon under body lights etc. Any after market part that is put on a car strictly for looks, and no performance is rice.
