Hello
I seem to have a coolant leak on the passanger side. It looks like it is from the top fan mounting bolt. Anyone seen this before? Is there an o-ring or seal of any type here?
Thanks
Jack

No, there's just a boss molded in. Are you sure there's not a crack around the oil cooler line where it threads into the tank? This is a common failure area.

This is a VERY common problem with the Aurora. In fact, I had the exact same problem myself. The coolant looks like it is leaking from the bolt or the area right around the hose clip. However, if you examine this very closely you will see a small crack. I had to purchas a new radiator. I could not find one without plastic tanks. However, I found a good aftermarket radiator here with a great warranty:

This one has a lifetime warranty and you can purchase a lifetime labor gaurantee as well for $10 (they will reimburse you to have a mechanic of your choice install the new one). The radiator costs $229 from them. For the gaurantee it carries I consider it worth it. It is not too much trouble to install yourself. I installed mine in less than 3 hours. That was the best overall deal I could find and the radiator itself was about 50% thicker than the OEM one.
