um, take old one out, put new one in. :p
it really isn't all that difficult. the hardest part is getting the car high enough in the air. once you get under the car and take a look. you should be able to figure out how to take the old exhaust out. and putting the new one in, just do the reverse. don't forget to put the gaskets in though!!

The bolts at the cadilac(catalytic) convertor probably will need to be cut off & replaced. Get the right bolts from honda. Depending of your tools/knowledge, you might want to take it to a muffler shop. It will take them 30 minutes. How much? I dont know, call & ask.
Nice choice on the flowmaster, its something every car doesn't have. Sounds decent, too. Is it all black with a small chrome tip?
