brake replacement

Anyone want to give me a walkthrough to install my new rotors and pads on my integra? Or a link to a thread? For some reason I couldn't find a web page for one. I've changed pads before and my dad has done rotors before (both on different cars) but i don't think he's up to helping me. I was reading on the back of the rotor box that I gotta torque the rotors back on? eh? I don't remember him ever doing that. i thought you just put them on semi-tight and the heat or something will tighten them up for you.
