All of the sudden(mainly b/c one of my friends is getting one) I've started to think of getting back into R/C cars. Not for racing, but just to take it out to a parking lot and drive around. I've been looking at the HPI Micro RS4 and was wondering if anyone has this and how good it is? I know its a 1/18 scale which is fine with me, but I also think I'll kick myself if i don't get a 1/10 or 1/12 scale. Idealy, I want to spend no more than $300, electric, low maintanence, ready to run car or maybe an off-road truck. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What is your friend getting? Just get enough to be faster than him :icon16: I like the tamiya cars, perfect for parking lot bashing and cheap too. the tamiya S-10 and F-150 race trucks are on the ta-02 chassis, they're fun to run, plus you can off-road them too.
