power door locks

Ok Here We Go,this Is Kinda Hard To Explain,i Have A 1996 Gmc Sierra Z-71,the Problem Is The Door Locks Will Not Work,it Has Keyless Entry And I Have Replaced The Relay For That As Well As The Actuators In The Doors,when You Push The Lock Button On The Door You Can Hear The Keyless Entry Relay Box Click But That's All That Happens,i Tested The Wires Goin To The Actuator And It Is Getting Fire But The Actuators Do Not Move,any Suggestions On What Else It Could Be????and Yeah I Checked The Fuse.....thanks For Any Help You Might Have..
