What year is it? My 83, you have to take the trim and clear plastic off the front of the guages. You can see the screws, they are a torx head.

I have been trying to get someone to tell me how I can get to the lights on the insturment panel. I can't get to the back of the instrument panel. I tryed taking off the panels below but, there is no access. I do see (2) nuts on either side of the panel when I remove the heating control unit and the other head light switch panel unit. Should I remove those nuts and will I be able to get them back into the unit. DOes removing just those nuts give me access to the cluster in the rear of the instrument panel so I could change the light bulbs.
