I was recently in a small fender bender and my car('99 cavalier) was hit in the front driver's side wheel. Only visible damage was a cracked hubcap. When I drove it, however, something is wrong with the steering. When driving with my steering wheel in an upright position, the car would turn, so I'd have to hold thw heel like I was trying to turn for it to go straight. It also seems a little stiff when I turn the wheel. What's wrong here, and about how much will this cost to fix?

Out of alignment, possible damage to the tie rods or struts.

Any time your in a fender bender and the steering wheel goes crooked something in the steering/suspension is bent.

You probably bent the caster for the drivers side wheel, which will cause the alignment of the wheel to be thrown off. Taking it to get a regular alignment probably won't do much at all, and it will continue to drift to one side. You have to go to a frame shop to get that fixed.
