2000 Buick LeSabre Power Window Controlers

How hard of a job is it to replace the rear Power Window controllers? Living in Arizona's 120+ summer heat has caused both front controllers to break and the dealer replaced them under warranty. Now within a month of each other both rear ones have snapped.

The dealer wants $600.

Its not hard at all will some mechanical ability. Its only a door panel, electrical connector and some bolts.
