91 Eldorado trouble code?

91 Eldorado 4.9 engine. Getting occasional "service engine soon" message on the computer screen. Found 2 codes in history but no current ones. E030 ICS idle speed out of range and B121 (bcm code)
Can't find B121 in the list of codes. Does anyone know what it means?
