99 Radio Question

my dad has a 99 f350...the HU is a simple tape player...i was wondering if they support a cd changer or any other kind of aux inputs...i dont wanna tear his dash apart to find out...any info is appreciated

Is there a CD button? If there is it will support a changer. Most ford vehicles 97+ have the CD button in order to add a CD changer.
