itr vs. skunk2 cams

im looking to swap out the stock cams out of my 2000 geezer. what are the best cams to swap for to gain extra hp, w/o causing rough idle and driveability? i was leaning towards skunk2 or itr cams. btw i heard that any internal work will not pass smog due to emission laws in CA. what do you guys think?

Well, Ive heard it both ways, and that A/M cams will not always fail. BUt seeing as what they do, it makes sense that they might not. ITR cams are honda quality, but I think you'll gain a bit more from tuned Skunk2s, but if you can, Id go Todas.:2cents:
