jetta rear map light removal

anyone know how to remove these things to replace the lights? I don't want the stock yellow lights...I've got a set of blue-whites i want to put in...I've got a 2001 2.0 sedan. thanks!

Have you gotten any information on how to remove the map lights in the back seat? I can't figure out how they come off, and I can't find a Haynes manual for my 2003 Jetta GLI VR6.
