A few questions?

What's up everyone I'm new to this forum, but I've been reading around. I've recently decided to buy a 90+ 240sx hatch over a 92 civic hatch and I was wondering a few things.
1. If I do a SR20DET, or RB20/RB25 conversion are the block and head interchangable, for instance frankenstein motor? If you can do it what would be the best build SR20 or RB20/25/26 and are they stable compared to an LS-Vtec?
2. Which motor responds better and has a broader power range with a Turbo? I'm looking to build a car that can handle it's own down the quarter-mile, but also have a setup that I have fun with.
3. Susupension? what should I do with it, I would like to get my hands on some fully adjustables so i can just click away to stiffen or soften.
I guess that's all for now, any other useful advice that you can provide would be great.
Thanks for the help :)

Whoops
Turbo RB30DE>turbo LS-VTEC
SR=4cyl.
RB=6cyl
So no. parts are not interchangeable
KA24 block with KA24D head is the only one I can think of.Also swapping in cranks from L series motors to destroke the beast.
For #2,The RB of course!!!

the RB will have the best power band but the SR will have a higher one than the KA, although you could just turbo it and do some internal work and it'd be equally as nice(better in my opinion) but the SR or turboing the KA would be cheapest and easiest I'd say... oh and by KA I mean KA24DE not KA24E, just incase you didn't know :)
suspension: KYB AGX are some nice shocks and Eibach are good springs if your looking for shocks and springs... if you want full coilovers you have other options, you'd have to ask someone else bout coilovers though as I never really looked into them myself

that GTiR turbo looks a bit better on paper then the others. If you have access to a gtir turbo I would try to swap it on.
I wasn't aware that the single/dual cam heads would swap....

the rb swaps are lots of work. need lots of custom parts, welding, wireing and a new crossmenber..
i say go turbo ka24
good powerbad for 1\4 mile and its not that expensive
