Actually if your real concern is speed and not looks. and price as any factor at all. Make it out of PVC. It will insulate the air charge better and it will cost about 10 bucks in parts at home depot.

I know it sounds funny, but I've seen so many people (including myself) throw away $200 on an intake, only to tear it off toss it out and build one out of PVC

Hey how u sed to make it out of PVC piping. You think i could do it with my intake...its a 94 sentra wit da GA16de. I bought a full WAI but i was wondering if PVC would perform better. Thanx
