corner light problem

I tried to make my bumper lights turn on with my corner lights, so I tapped into the positive wire of one of the corner lights and tapped into the positive wire of the bumper light and connected both wires with a wire, that didnt work...

I took off the wire and made it back to normal and now one of my corner light bulbs will not come on, it wont come on no matter what, not even with the hazard button pushed, The bulb is good, but there is no power being directed to the bulb at all.

Fuses are good, did i somehow blow a relay/ fry the wire? Anyone know where the turn signal relay is at?

Where is the one that doesn't work? The side where you spliced in? You should have connected them seperately to each side.

well i did connect each side separately, I only started on one side. The bulb that is dead now is the drivers side side marker closest to the fender...the one that blinks when turn signal is on. I used a test light to the positive wire and it doesnt show current no matter what, not even when i turn on my lights, hazard and turn signals. Every other bulb on the car works just not that corner bulb. I am guessing a stuck open relay or fried wire?
