interior mods..i need help

i just got a 2000 z24 and i hate the inside. i wanted to know how i would get rid of the carpet on the side doors, and also whats the best way to paint the dash? do i have to pull the pieces out ? Also my friend got this carbon fiber tape to put on his dashboard, does that stuff really work, and does it look good? please help...i dont know to much about mods yet, all i have is a good system, thats all i know how to do so far. thanx

Well i am doing the interior on my 98 cavy and let me tell ya it sucks to do I am sanding every piece smooth and it looks great but it is alot of work. I think the only way of changing the color of your dash it so get it covered in vinal not to sure about the doors but you can change the color by getting new carpet to put on there and for the carpet you can buy all sorts of colors for that at carpet4cars.com but yeah it takes alot of time and a lot of paint to do it but you can do it and you ahve to pull every piece out of the car... any more questions holla
