How much torque and HP should i run with this engine setup

Engine & Exhaust Modifications
K&N Generation 2 Fuel Injection Performance Kit - $120
Mitsubishi EVO III Manifold - $230
Turbo X’s Blow Off Valve - $250
J-Pipe - $100
EVO III 16G Turbo Package 4 - $1,100
- Walbro 255lph high pressure fuel pump
- Manual boost controller
- Complete gasket set
- Oil supply line
3” Pace Setter Hi-Flow Downpipe - $210
3” AWD Mandrel Cat-back Exhaust System - $450
AEM Tru-Time Adjustable Cam Gears - $170
DSM Ball Style Fuel Injectors 650cc - $400

i also have a few other questions:

1. Where can i find a cheap intercooler, i'm running out of money to put into my car but i want a cheap [but good :-S] intercooler with piping.

2. About how much will a custom Candy Cobalt Blue paint job cost? My paint is starting to fade and i really would like to change the color.

3. Also what cc should i get for my Fuel Injectors?

My friend got candy blue on his civic for about 3800.

For the intercooler you can look on ebay, if a used one is ok goto dsmtrader.

is that just for the paint? or is it paint and the cost of somone putting the paint on

That is for the paint and the labor, but his civic is very small so a dsm will probally be about 500 more.

i love these posts, people expect someone to know how much HP and TQ a car will put out with a certain parts list, sorry bud, i dont mean to be a dick but if you get pissed cause someone doesnt answer it, you have no right to be, the only way you will figure that out is but putting all that on your car then dynoing it! unless someone has the exact same list as you and everything installed and tuned the same as your car would be but that is nearly impossible, sorry! try again

With a good intercooler and cams you are looking at just over 350 whp, and the potential to run high 11s with perfect driving. What brand are those injectors? Try to use only denso blue tops or FICs for 650-660s. Those will be fine for the setup you list, but I dont see anything there to control them, like ACF/MAFt etc. If this is a 1g, you will need the MAFT. If this is a 2g the stock MAS will be enough. The turboxs valves are all shyte, and I have personal experience with them. I would suggest a 1g BOV fir using the stock MAS, or the Tial BOV for use with a MAFt in blow through. Forget about those cam gears. Not worth it unless you need to degree a crap set of cams like webs. Put the money toward a set of HKS 272s. For a FMIC look at www.slowboyracing.com. Large efficient core, all piping, for 8 something shipped. Forget about name brand FMICs, they're all shyte.

Again, max of 350-375 whp and potential for 11s. See Joe Gs mod list on www.posracing.net for a comparison, with a small 16g. I ran 12.02 in that car the first time I drove it. Like RST said, there is no way we can know what kind of power you will make. Only what the potential of the setup is, based one what others have done over and over again in the past. Good luck.

im ditching the cam gears and the TurboX's BLow off valve. Im thinking about replacing my Evo III 16g turbo with a bigger 20g turbo...what new upgrades will i need to be able to run one of those on my DSM?

if i do change my turbo to a 20g, whats a good turbo to upgrade it too?
Would a a Han super 20G-H turbo be good? and if i would choose this path would i have alot of "turbo lag?"

The hahn turbos are shyte for turbo DSMs. The 10cm turbine housing may be used for a reason on NT cars, but dont bother with it on a turbo DSM. I would have to suggest the TDO6H 20g I borrowed from SBR. I have nothing but the fondest of memories of that turbo  Thats actually what I ran the times in my sig on, and the guy that has it now trapped 124 mph! Anyway, if you go that route you have a lot more responsibilty. I would start with the EVO3 16g to get a handle on things first. Then perhaps the next step will be larger than a 20g, who knows. But either way, be sure you are willing to learn how to tune without blowing the motor up. You will need all of the supporting mods, and I didnt see some key ones in your list ;)

ic, those turbos seemed a little too cheap for 20g's. Do you know of any turbos that i can get for under 1000 dollars which can make up to around 450 hp?

I hate to sound like I keep pushing SBRs stuff, I just have the most experience with that shop :D Mike told me a TDO6H 20g like the one I borrowed from him to run those times in my sig will go for a grand. And I beleive that includes an internal gate, which I wouldnt recomend. SOme poeple get away with an internal on a 20g or larger turbo, but I could never get one to work to my standards. I either had too much boost (creep) or not enough (blowing open). Adding an external WG adds siginificantly to the cost though. You may want to try the internal, then ditch it later when you upgrade. Call and talk to the vendors, wether you go to SBR, FP, or who ever. See what the prices are. Check the websites. In 15 seconds I found that SBR carries 3 20g turbos for under 1000,
