New cap and rotor
NGK spark plugs(no more platinum crap)
new Oil filter
I get free pennzoil oil so...

I gave my car a tune up

While I was under the car I hooked up one of my gauges(oil pressure)

It's a bitch to get to the oil pressure sending unit.

DAMNIT I still need to hook up the other 2.

They're little cheap gauges that I got from Wal-Mart for $20.

Water temp,oil pressure, and AC/DC or whatever I cant remember at the moment...I saw then at wally world one night and thought to myself for $20 I'd givem a try..They're ASE certified too...aw what the hell

The gauges were on a little 3 gauge pod that fits really nicely right under where the stereo goes.

good idea! my cousin is getting engaged soon and his girlfriend is paying for his redtop SR20DET for his 92 240sx and hes giving her his 87 rx7(with no driverside front bumper cuz he went into a ditch drifting, oh and it is missing most of the paint too) although it does have an HKS hiper exhaust and no cats, he bought it for 200 dollars and it isn't very reliable... but what the heck, I'd make that trade anyday... SR20DET or junky RX-7 with HKS exhaust, missing half the front bumper... should make a poll to see how many people would pick the SR? :rofl:

I'm about to get me some NGK plugs for my rx7 and Magnecore 10mm wires too, how much did you get your plugs for? and what store did you find them at? I'm in topeka so its about the same, and I don't wanna end up driving around like you did :loser:

I got just normal NGK plugs,cuz that's what's recommended.

I had Bosch platinum before..

I got them for $10 and some change for all 4 at some place called "Poorman's Auto Supply"

I was originally gonna get DENSO...but after inspecting them they turned out to be slightly used and I went to get them exchanged for the rotor cap.

hey guys, i just talked to pj, the car guy again, i know its kinda rice, but its got injen intake, and areospeed exhaust, the car is 1989, 95k miles, new clutch, new drive train, stored fer ten years, babied for 4, i love it, only 800 bucks too. i test drive it in the next couple days. oh, and the body is a little rough, cracked windsheild, a few small dents, easy stuff, a friend of a friend does paint and body for cheap, my friend got his fiero painted sweet shit by him. im soo excited!!! :loser:
