My skyline is the ZipZaps. I just got it at the store, ordered it online.

Hobby Link Japan (http://www.hlj.com) deals something similar by Tomy (http://www.hlj.com/scripts/manmenu2.cgi?manufacture=TOM). Skim through the catalog and you shall be able to find it.

Ziip zaps are a clone of the Bitchcharge, which Tomy makes. The bitchcharges have been renamed for sale in the US to Microsizers. Wayyyyy better quality then the RS clone. =)
