94' integra lowering questions

I have a 94' integra ls that I want to lower. I think that I am going to do lowering springs and I would only like to spend about 150 if possible. My question is what spring should I go with, I was thinking eibach or neuspeed? I see that eibach as different types like prokit etc. what are the differences and what is better for mostly daily driving? My last question is how far should I drop it is 1.5 not that notisable, I want it to be low but I dont want to be plowing snow either. Thanks

go with eibach. also have you looked at tein springs, very nice and they go for about the same price on ebay. also 1.5" drop is noticeable but its not so low that you will be plowing the streets.

I am not sure the ratting of springs I should get, I want good handeling but it is going to be a daily driver. Do you think the eibach prokit would be good? What would be comperable in the h&r or the tein's?

Where can you get Eibach's for $150? If want a comfortable daily driver with good handling go with the Pro-kit or some H&R's($150 @ www.tirerack.com)

The sportlines drop the car more than the Pro-kit & also have stiffer spring rates, not good for daily driving(sportlines)IMO. Any thing more than two inches is not practicle for daily driving. 1.5" is noticeable.

You also should upgrade your struts while its all apart or you can wait and have a low quality ride. A few months/weeks down the road you will have to upgrade the struts anyways, so why not do it right the first time?

I drive on the Pro-kit/KYB AGX and other suspension mod's every day (75 miles round trip to work/home) The suspension is great for daily driving & the added bonus of "go-kart like handling." Having the adjustable struts is also nice so I can do a little tuning.

Don't forget you will need an alignment after the springs are installed.

I think that I am going to go with the h&r sportline lowering springs. Do you think that, that is a good idea for a daily driver? The drop for those are like 1.75 and 1.5 is that how for most people drop there integra's? I cant realy spend 100 per strut is there any other ones that are less than that. thanks

one other thing I want to get a camber kit for it. I understand the reason for the camber kit but what is the difference between companys, is it quality or what. And what do you think i should get? Are they all the same?

Sports are a good choice. You really only need a camber kit when lowering more than 2". So take that $$$ and put towards some good struts.

Camber kits vary, some are longer bolts while others are complete A-arms. www.google.com & you should be able to find all the different types.

Yea, I have H & R sport springs w/ tokico HP's, and it came out to a 1.75" drop front and rear. I ended up needing a camber kit with that drop, I don't remember if it was the front or back I really needed to get bad. Anyways, since I needed to get one, I just got it for both, but my camber was out of wack enough with that drop that I needed a camber correction kit. I could notice the difference too, my car rubbed much less on turns. It helped. Either way, gmoney1, as jackasssi said, save up the $$ for what you need and do it right all at once. After all, if you get the springs put on now, shocks in a month, and camber kit in 4 months, that 3 different times you'll hae to have the car aligned...IMO, I'd just save my $$ till I can afford to do the suspension at once, versus doing it one part at a time.
