you should have asked some people before you bought it, because it will get very loud, but it woun't sound very good. for instance you should have gotten components instead of coaxials. and you could have done better for the money on subs.

some nicer ones would be focals, you could find them on ebay for about 230$. but the infinity comps would do just fine and those can be had of ebay for 99$.

and that will be loud, i didn't have the time to look up the wattage's, but audiobahns are made for ones reason spl. but they suck on sq,, but they will do.

a large parrt of sub SPL is matching the speaker to the box, and mounting the box/speaker in the best place in your vehicle.

Thats probably the most important part I think. Also make sure that you properly break in your speakers, b/c you dont want to ruin over a $1000 (im guessing) in speakers and such.

i have over kill with just two rf he2 15's i hear more rattle then bass
and hope your box will hold together
my box was prof. made and it was ripping itself apart i had to put screws next to the nails so about every 2 inches

Hold up, these "professionals" used nails to hold together a subwoofer enclosure?! Any cabinetmaker, no matter how inexperienced, uses screws to hold together EVERYTHING. Im sorry to say this but those guys that built your box werent professionals, or they were just very cheap professionals.

I think the setup you are getting, you will be perfectly fine with, it will sound nice. The only thing you will want is some sound deadener. I like coaxs and I like audiobahn subs, despite everyone's opinion.

ultimate electronics built the box, the installer understimated my watts and built the box without scres cause he didnt think it was neccessary and then the next day we put screws in it

CDT, FOCAL, CRYSTAL, MB QUART, BOSTON, INFINITY even. I don't know why they suggest comps when you are not going to really care about sound stage with those subs.

i already got the infinity kappas. so u think ill be fine wt that ?

another question.. since i got 2 amps @ 2400 watts a piece, how should i hook that up.. should i get another battery or will a power cap be fine, and i got 4 gauge rockford power wire.. wut u think ?

My suggestion, get it profesionally installed, because you are already going to be overpowering those subs, and if you wire them wrong, those subs are fried. An easy wiring of those subs would put them at .5 ohms, which would give you twice as much power on each amp, if the amp didn't burn up first. The best way is to wire them 1 ohm parralel on each sub and then to wire 2 subs stereo to one amp. Same one other subs. Then you have to turn the gains on the amps down quite a bit, you have to turn it up till you hear distortion, and then turn it back down a little from that. Those amps should be putting about 1200 watts to each sub, and it is in a ported box... You can very very easily blow those subs. Make sure and use the amps subsonic filter to tune out 5 hz below the tuning of each box. you really need to get different amps, about 800 watts per sub, or wire all 4 to one amp. I mean there are a ton of options to wire this... (for anyone that wants them, here are the specs on these, http://www.audiobahninc.com/products/detail.asp?productsID=46 and

aight well if i get it wired all professional and its all equaled out and everything is perfect..
