undercarriage lights

ey...just installed eurolite undercarriage lights on the Z..but then this question popped up in my head... are undercarriage lights illegal in Cali. Ne one got an answer for me?

i know cali is strict with car rules etc... but they are illegal in Blue and Red ususally everywhere

I think that most states would tell you that they are illegal when you are driving. Which you shouldn't do anyway. All that does is attract attention to yourself, which can be good and bad. No need to give cops anymore reason to pull you over then necessary. I could see that happening very easily. I think that they'd be more appropriate when you're parked and/or hanging out with friends.

I wasnt going to say anything, but its kinda destroying a nice looking 350z :( kinda rice IMO, i own a supra and just got a 350,thats not here yet, so maybe im just a HP freak, but im also a show type of guy but wouldnt put them on a street car

rizz is prolly rite...more of a parking lot thing. but they do look sick. black z...red lights under, gets the attention alright.

Neon Lights... on a Z? Hmmm. Neon Lights on a riced out Honda... I can picture that... it's really gay.... but I can picture that. Now back to The Z... I do NOT want to picture this... and it's really gay! Please disembowel yourself and sign your Z over to the needy. I'm not kidding....

i must say that is not the best thing to spend money on for your z however its ur car do what u like, just do not rice it out(anymore).

I don't understand why you all think undercar lights are ricy. I think with a proper external upgrade (such as a good body kit), it'll look badass. I don't think you can easily achieve 'rice' look with a 350z. Body styling of the Z is way too 'pasta' to be rice.

P.s. there aren't much other choices besides red and blue. I guess green or purple maybe the only other option - unless you like pink or some crap.
