ok guys, i want to rebuild my KA, i am looking for some ideas though. I am looking into having a strong bottom end that can handle high PSI from a turbo and possibly Nitrous. Do u think i should bore it at all or use a stock size piston... Any recomendations on cams....Throttle body and Intake Man. can be ported...any turbo set-up's you guys recomend... By the way I have a 92' 240... So any ideas you guys can throw at me about anything would be great. thanks all.

Boring isn't necessary, but if you do decide to do it then don't go anymore than .020 over IMO. Go with some JE pistons. They have proven themselves over and over. Connecting rods, either go with crower or pauter. Cams, they aren't necessary unless if you plan on pushing a ton of power, like upwards of 450 whp. The stock cams work fine. Maybe upgrade to some 91 cams if you really want something else. Porting the throttle body? There isn't much you can take off the stock one. If your looking for serious power then go with a custom intake manifold with shorter runners. Turbo setups - what kind of power are you looking for? 200? 300? 500+?

you will be able to get into the mid-high 11's using a T3/T04E. Go with like a 60 trim wheel and .63 A/R. If you want a little more power then go with something like a 60-1.
