Door Handle Probs....

ok, so i bought a door handle off of 91civichatch2571 and it looks like its in mint condition, ne who, tried to install it and it wont fuckin work!!! it wont open my door when i try to use it, but when its unbolted i can move the whole handle assembly and open the door.... now how can i make it so that i can just bolt the assembly on and use the handle to open the door like u normally would??? and also, how the hell do u hook up the lock???? please provide pics if possible!!!

I need this info ASAP tonight so i can fix the handle tommorow!!!!!

Did you get it to work man? I dont know what could be wrong with it, it worked fine when I took it off.

i had it working for a bit then something fucked up and it stopped working again, i think its that fuckin rod mechanism inside that screwed up, also, u forgot to send me the part for the lock where that rod goes in so i cant try the lock :( i think one of these days i'm gonna run 2 the wreckers and grab that rod cuz mines all bent and i'll get the thing for the lock as well
