Well I decided to go do some x-mas shopiing today. So I am going along on the hwy and I am stuck behind this slow pos in the fast lane :angryfire Anyway a space became clear but before I had a chance to pass a 92-93 body style prelude passes me pretty fast. So I gave chase :evillol: I cought him as he got into some traffic but then a clear spot opened and we were off I was behind him and was pullinn up on him and had to let off because there was no room to pass. So later we run up on another clearing and we were off again and this time we ran up on a 3000gt and I guees he decided that he wanted in on the action and we were all three racing at the next clearing. The 3000 gt was behind me and the lude was in the front but we just kept pulling up on the lude. So at about 115 or so the lude pulls to the right hand lane and me and the 3000 gt both pass him and quickly we are knocking on 130 and we get a clear shot of road and he pulls into the right hand lane but he did not gain any ground on me, but I don't think I pulled away either. After close to 140 I called it quits. But we got another cahnce to race and from about 90-120 I pulled some n him but at about 120 he evened it back up then we were tied after that. And all the time there was this guy in a Ford Explorer tring to keep up, we would leave him and he would fly up on us after we had slowed back to 75 LOL.

i take it since u prolly didn't spray, the 3000gt was n/a (non-vr4?)

ls's topend seem to pull pretty good from 90-up. they're sorta dogs from 60-90 tho... :evillol:

The 3000 gt was not a VR4 , if it was then it would have been a whole different ball game:p

And KrNxRaCer00 the reaon you have not heard any racing stories from me in a while is beacuse I have been working hard core on the teg and have had some trouble with my ICE pack :chair: It has died and left me stranded too many times so I justr ripped it all out LOL. Also I had a solenoid die on me at the track and luckly it was just the nitrous solenoid and not the fuel. I decided to just replace all three solenoids and I woon't have to worry about them. But now I have a problem with my Jacobs nitrous mastermind, it needs an aftermarket ignition system to be able to control Ignition timming and that is the way I have it setup, so now I either have to find an MSD or just retard the timming manually. I also have been tring to find the money to get my valve springs and retainers for my 404's :D Ahh it will never end :p But it will be ready for some nice races and stories this spring:evillol:
