CGI Customization on the Net

Has anyone come up with a way to produce visuals of skylines kitted out, or change paint scheme's on the comp for those of us less than computer literate folks? I have things I'd like to see before paying to test them, but don't have the imagination, or computer skills to produce it. Kinda like paperdoll skylines...
