my green supra

this is my new supra, the color is tamiya candy lime green. please comment on your oppinion. thank you.

i think the pics are pretty good for a $40 digi cam.

that color looks really good, what kind of rims are you putting on it?

i don't know what kind of rims yet. im trying to buy some 19's from someone if anyone has any to spare, but if not i got some nice 18's for it with color matched centers and crome trim rings. it will have 2 12 inch sub in the back, 2 chrome nitrous tanks and an in dash tv/dvd player.
nitrous tanks are from amt fnf supra.
subs tv/dvd and ps2 controler are from 1/24 scale dub city 96 impala ss.

I built my first FnF supra and painted it this color, and It looks Awsome, I used the rims off of this kit http://www.modelexpress.net/cgi-bin/modelexpress/shop/FUJ_18648.html and they also look pretty sweet. good luck on your awsome project, ill be back to see the interior pics!

heres a ouick update on the body it has been sanded and waxed. i will not be doing any window trim painting because i am afraid to mess up.

Did You do a base coat of anything before the candy lime green? Looks good just curious since I was thinking about doing this color.

no undercoat this time i just spyed right on to plastic.

well guys i got a littel setback on the supra today i will spray the chassis flat black and build the suspention, spray the interior white do some detailing and finish it off , and then finish the model off. i will be glueing the hood down because the engine got real messed up. so expect finnished pics later tonight which is saturday here for anyone in diff time zones.

but usually on candys you would want to spray an undercoat of silver :iceslolan ....but if you can go right on the body with those results oi to you!

I like that green color, other than hiro's thats the only green supra ive seen.
